Powertrain Features
BMW proudly applies the latest TwinPower design to the 2025 X1's powertrain. The base model extracts just over 240 horsepower from the patented 2.0-liter engine block. Having a twin-scroll turbocharger, the compact engine dishes out slightly less than 300 pound-feet of torque. The M TwinPower engine increases the output to 313 horsepower. Interestingly, this boosted engine doesn't deliver any additional torque. Also built on the TwinPower foundation, a 2.0-L engine propels the 2025 X3. This turbo engine whips out a maximum of 255 hp. The M50 edition taps into more than 390 net hp from a hybrid powerhouse. An I-6 engine block is embedded into the electrified powertrain. When fitted with the recommended hardware, the X3 tows up to 4,850 gross pounds. An eight-speed automatic transmission system drives this luxurious BMW SUV. You can select the Efficient, Personal, and Sport modes for transmission. A seven-speed gearbox is installed on the 2025 X1. Two clutches provide a high level of customization for the transmission system. Both BMW models have the legendary xDrive technology in the drivetrain. Additionally, these upscale vehicles offer an adaptive suspension system for a more luxurious ride.
Technology Features
The BMW Curved Display is strategically integrated into the 2025 X1's cabin. Measuring 10.25 inches wide, the digital instrument cluster shows an array of vital settings. You'll find a variety of applications on the 10.7-inch diagonal touchscreen. For example, you can explore virtual maps using cloud data from the integrated GPS navigation system. The 2025 X3 also flaunts advanced electronic technologies, such as the 14.9-inch Curved Display.
