I started going to Newbold around 2011, if I recall. I started with a very nice Certified Pre-Owned car that I loved. I traded that one in, I believe in 2013, and that time I had my eye on one of the cars from their loaner fleet. That deal worked so sweet! I just purchased my 3rd car there, and once again, it's awesome, and it all just keeps getting better!! Rich is my Sales guy, and he must keep good notes, because he remembers everything about my car history, my hobbies, my business and more. He anticipates my needs/wants, and when he has a car coming up out of the loaner fleet, he calls me to see if I'm interested. His proactive approach works so well for me. On my first purchase there, my friends truck had mechanical trouble on our way from Southern Illinois, and we had to leave her vehicle at a garage over by Columbia. I called Rich to let him know what was going on, and he offered to run out and get us! The guys in service--especially Dave and Blaine--are on top of their game too. They're also proactive and take really good care of me. They're a lot of fun, and I actually look forward to dropping in to leave my car for the day while I run around in one of their loaners and get some shopping done or go out for a nice lunch. Carlos gave me the official car tour this time, and that was so helpful. More importantly we had fun and lots of laughs while we were going through the car. I felt far more educated than I would have earlier, even though the car was similar to my trade-in in many ways, I still learned. The F&I guys are always awesome too. They're very organized, ready for me (when I am usually running late). They explain choices and financing terms in a way every day people can understand, and they do not press me to keep adding on more and more stuff to drive up the payments. In general, I just feel like those guys all know me, and I know them, evn though I may only really talk to each of them once or twice a year. They make me feel special, and I feel like I am their most important client they have when I'm there. I wouldn't go any where else. These guys not only understand creating and Outstanding Customer Experience, they deliver it and do a fantastic, fun, yet professional job of taking care of me! Gail Knop

The crew and experience here at Newbold was like nothing I have experienced at traditional car dealerships. Rich (Sales) took the time over nearly two weeks to make sure I truly understand the model differences and got the best possible price for the vehicles in which I was interested. Even after the sale, Blake (Finance) made sure I fully understood the deal, and used the latest technology to lay everything out for me. Never once did Rich ever pressure me to close the deal, nor did Blake try to pressure me into buying any extended services that I did not want. Carlos (Delivery Specialist) then took the time to go over the entire car and setup all my devices, settings, and preferences. Truly, this was an unbelievable experience and nothing like I have experienced before. I dread returning to the minivan dealership in May to try and buy my wife a new car. Maybe BMW will come out with a true 7-passenger before then (haha), but until then I'll have to suffer. Truly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

We had been looking at vehicles for the last couple of months. We were under no pressure to procure a vehicle so we had the luxury of test driving many types and brands. We have never owned a BMW before but have always loved they way the looked. The first time we visited Newbold we had the opportunity to speak with Braden. He was extremely knowledgable without pressuring us into anything. I test drove numerous cars and in the end decided to go with Newbold primarily because Braden's knowledge, approachability, and ability not to call me while I was at work.
