| Jay began his automotive career in 1978. Since 1982, he primarly dealt in German cars, specifically, Mercedes-Benz. He brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the premium luxury car market and is proud to represent the extensive line of BMW models here at Newbold BMW. Jay is a lifelong resident of Belleville, IL. He and his wife of 25 years, Cindy, have two grown daughters who are pursuing careers in film, TV and theater. Jay enjoys golf, friends and family, and is currently remodeling a house at the Lake of the Ozarks. |

Jim is an 11 year automotive veteran - 9 of those years as a Newbold BMW team member. He enjoys being part of Newbold BMW because he feels we sell the best luxury vehicles available and offer the best value and service to our customers. Jim and his wife, Tammy, have been married 20 years. He has two daughters; Tailore, a college sophomore, and Cassandra, mother of granddaughter, Julia who is Nana and Papa's pride and joy. When he's not advising customers at Newbold BMW, Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, and completing projects around the house.

Rich brings more than 30 years of automotive sales experience to the Newbold BMW team. Getting his start in his father's dealership, he has focused the majority of his career on luxury cars such as Mercedes Benz, Porsche and Audi. His intuitive understanding of luxury and performance vehicle enthusiasts makes him a valuable resource for our clients. Having worked with Jay Schuessler and Bob O'Brien previously, Rich is pleased to join them here at Newbold BMW. Rich and Melanie, his wife of 34 years, have 2 children; Erin, currently earning her graduate degree in Clairmont, CA and Todd, a senior at Belleville East High School where he is active in the band. When not assisting clients, Rich is an avid supporter of Erin's softball career and Todd's many marching, concert and jazz band activities.

Bob O'Brien

Bob brings more than 43 years of automotive experience to the Newbold BMW team. His experience covers all aspects of a dealership including finance, sales, management, training and dealer operator. Bob has spent the last 27 years focusing on luxury cars such as Mercendes-Benz, Bentley and Rolls Royce giving him a unique understanding of the needs of luxury car owners. He strives for excellence in everything he does from Captain of the Championship Football Team and President of the Student Body and National Honor Society at Ritenour High School, to President of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and the Debate Club while at Milliken University on a scholastic/athletic scholarship, to Special Forces and rank of Captain while in the military, to serving as President of NADA 20 Group as a dealer operator. Bob has worked with Jay Schuessler and Rich Grumley in the past and proudly joins them again here at Newbold.
